As we ship products globally, we do not offer returns on items if the customer has simply changed their minds. This is not cost effective and returns for relatively small and low value items are very difficult to manage for international customers.
Returns are NOT permitted unless items are damaged upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as your item arrives.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of any faulty returns.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
The price of the return shipping cost will be deducted from the final total refund amount if approved.
Once your return has been received by us and inspected, you will receive an email confirming this.
Photographic evidence is required if any items reach you damaged, so we can establish the fault and how best to resolve the issue.
As mentioned in the Payments Page, please allow 5 Business Days for your order to be sent, plus 5-14 Business Days (approx) for your order to arrive due to International Shipping Times out of our control.
